Last week Karic (Kari + Eric) got married

It was so beautiful and fun!

 

Kari was such a beautiful bride!

Her colors were citrus (lemons, limes, and grapefruits)

The bridesmaids got to wear citrus colored shoes

These are my lime shoes!

Also, T has been begging to get rid of Marilyn and Jackie...

So we finally did. 

I miss them, but they are just around the corner

July = Fireworks

A little summary of our Pioneer weekend....

 

Lovin' the summer!

a Y opening experience

Saturday night we hiked the Y to watch the Stadium of Fire fireworks from the mountain

I didn't know what I was getting myself into.

The online reviews called it an easy-intermediate hike

I disagree.

But all of the old people and little kids that kept flying by us probably would agree with the reviews.

We only made it to about switchback 9.

 

 Holly and Tod came with us.

T's aunt Katy met us there and beat us all up the mountain.

 But the view was awesome!

It wasn't the same as with Hill and taking jumping firework pictures,
but the fireworks were fun to see from the mountains!

Crappy Weekend

Saturday started out with a fun day at the pool...

My first thought was that a golf ball had strayed from the golf course.

I soon realized that my purse had been stolen and the two cars next to us had the same broken windows.

 I honestly didn't know what to do. I just started to panic. So we called 911, and before we could even tell Oakridge what had happened, the police were there. They were so helpful and found a few finger prints on the car. So almost an hour later, I was on my way back home.

 Those of you who know me well, know that my purse is my lifeline. So I was beginning to realize the devastation of my stolen purse. So the next step....

Update: We didn't find anything.

There have been several reported cases of fraud resulting from multiple robberies this past weekend in Farmington.

So now you are all warned!
