a Y opening experience

Saturday night we hiked the Y to watch the Stadium of Fire fireworks from the mountain

I didn't know what I was getting myself into.

The online reviews called it an easy-intermediate hike

I disagree.

But all of the old people and little kids that kept flying by us probably would agree with the reviews.

We only made it to about switchback 9.

 

 Holly and Tod came with us.

T's aunt Katy met us there and beat us all up the mountain.

 But the view was awesome!

It wasn't the same as with Hill and taking jumping firework pictures,
but the fireworks were fun to see from the mountains!
