Freedom is for those willing to defend it

This year we decided to run the Freedom 5k again.

We signed up with T's family and it was fun to have friends there.

 Last year, I about died doing the 5k. It was my first one ever and I didn't do so well. This year it was still hard, but I actually beat Tommy! I don't think he was very happy about that.

 But I paid for it...

I couldn't walk (I mean literally, we were worried I had messed up my legs) for 3 days.

And I lost a toe nail. I'm really bugged about the toe nail.

But it was a fun 4th of July!
